ckc / ckd series cnc lathes are cnc horizontal lathes controlled by vertical (z) and horizontal (x) coordinates. they adopt modular electromechanical integrated design, with compact and reasonable overall layout, which meets the design and requirements of ergonomics. each machine tool can be upgraded with standard siemens, fanuc, guangshu and huazhong automatic cnc systems or customized automation solutions to form a flexible production system. it can automatically complete large-scale shaft and disc parts, and turn the inner and outer surfaces of end faces and rotating bodies. it can meet the speed requirements of high-speed cutting of ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals. it is especially suitable for efficient, mass and high-precision processing of rotating body parts. applicable to energy, chemical industry, light industry, mould, bearing, carbon, engineering machinery, electromechanical, papermaking, automobile, teaching machine and other industries.
performance characteristics:
1. the appearance meets the design and requirements of human engineering mechanics, and the fully enclosed protection design. the layout of the left sliding door and the right console avoids the leakage of coolant and provides a safe and comfortable working environment for the operator.
2. ckd series spindle adopts servo main motor drive and multi wedge belt drive, with high speed, large torque, wide speed regulation range and low noise
3. the x and zz directions of the machine tool are driven by servo motor to drive the ball screw nut to rotate, and the theoretical control accuracy is 0.001mm.
4. the front end face of the bed is equipped with an auxiliary guide rail to support the bed saddle, which further improves the cutting stability of the machine tool and the rigidity of the whole machine.
5. the bed saddle and cross slide guide rail are treated with "sticking plastic", and the moving parts can realize micro feeding and prevent crawling. the bed saddle is equipped with a centralized lubrication system to forcibly lubricate the joint surface of the guide rail and the ball screw nut, which can effectively improve the dynamic response characteristics of the machine tool and prolong the service life of the guide rail and lead screw.
6. the main shaft of the tailstock of the machine tool is a rotatable sleeve structure. the overall movement of the tailstock adopts the form of bed saddle drag, or electric drag as required. the tailstock is equipped with a force measuring device, which can effectively control the jacking force and ensure the machining accuracy.
