grinding head assembly, mechanical x / y / z / a / c five axes, workbench assembly, electric control system, general control system, automatic water spray system, water circulation filtration assembly, vacuum suction assembly (excluding vacuum pump), sound insulation and dust-proof panel room.
03 functional features:
the machine adopts seven groups of grinding discs linked symmetrically on both sides, and seven groups of workpiece positions are linked in a straight row. the workpiece is fixed by vacuum adsorption, and the abrasive is quickly fixed by magic buckle. there are 14 grinding heads equipped with seven groups of grinding discs on both sides. the machining program code is generated by ug programming, and then imported into the equipment controller to complete the programming. at the same time, rough / medium / fine / fine one-stop grinding shall be carried out on the 3d surface / side / plane of 7 products. there are 7 groups of working stations on the worktable. each station can grind 5 surfaces of the product at one time, which has stable quality and higher efficiency.
the workpiece can adopt vacuum adsorption device (vacuum pump can be selected as required).
04 working principle:
the grinding tool is fixed on the workpiece by the g-shaped grinding tool, and the abrasive code is fixed on the workpiece by the magic stick 5; spray water or abrasive fluid according to the process requirements, and intelligently control the spraying time and quantity to ensure the stability of product quality and effectively provide yield.
